That’s the majority of what we see on St. Patrick’s Day, which is THIS thursday.

Of course there is a standard food pyramid that people try to model their daily intake from….such as 6-11 grains, 3-5 vegetables, 2-3 dairy, 2-3 meat products, 3 fruits, and a small amount of sweets, fats or treats. But everyone is not the same, and people don’t live by the same lifestyles as everyone else…for example, a gluten intolerant person may have a small portion of grains in their diet, but more fruits. College students often have a larger top segment of the pyramid than others (a characteristic of the college lifestyle that many are trying to change).
